I suspect you bump into the same issue as I as you advocate different frameworks: which should I use and when? I nicely reinforce the role of judgment in making great decisions. The trick Is to sort of keep the tools/models/frameworks in the back of your mind, then apply your best judgement. Also, in leading product, it's good not to really surface the framework you use. There's a bit of an allergy to them. You are more persuasive If you craft your argument without acknowledging the tools/models/frameworks. (But I love all the frameworks you have shared.)
